Since its founding in 1894, Bodegas Cosme Palacio has contributed to the revolution of Rioja wines, becoming part of the limited and select group of Historic Wineries of the D.O. Ca Rioja.

Located at the foot of Laguardia, between the Sierra de Cantabria and the winding course of the Ebro River, Bodegas Cosme Palacio keeps alive the dynamic spirit of its origins. In 1894, Cosme Palacio took over the family winery, embarking on an exciting journey through the vineyards.

The winery has always stood out for combining tradition and innovation. It has pioneered key decisions such as rigorous grape selection, separate vinification for each vineyard, aging in the finest new French oak barrels, and extended maceration periods. Thanks to these practices, its wines are a unique example of harmony, balance, and expressiveness.
